Updated for todays living but has the old spanish feel and look. Also, a wood burning fireplace with original spanish tiles. The dining room is across the hall with navy blue grass cloth for an intimate feel with modern lighting. Off the dining room is a butlers hall into the newly remodeled kitchen open to a built in eating area. White cabinetry, new chefs appliances (Subzero, wolf, bosch) and a large island ideal for a cooking show or photo shoot . Kitchen has warm oak open shelving & cabinets on top make this a perfect space for a film crew or photoshoot. The eat built in kitchen booth space mimics the quintessential spanish kitchen with a modern twist. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open family room with a large space equipted with a modern electric fireplace and built in bench seats and floating shelves . Off the family room is a large outdoor (partially covered) patio with built in grill and fireplace. Olive trees and a table make for a lovely and large outdoor seating or entertaining space. Downstairs is a built in bar and pool table and hang out space. Plus a movie room with a large sectional. High ceilings of 11.5 feet are downstairs with natural light ( photos upon request). Bedrooms are available with this rental upon request for an extra fee.
