All 3 bedrooms in this home have their own private entrances. ✰ House 3- to the side of the pool, you'll find a bachelor studio apartment with full bathroom, mini fridge, smart TV, tempurpedic mattress, and desk ✰ JUST ADDED - beautifully renovated 24’ vintage trailer. We call her La Madera. •Sleeps 3-4. One queen bed in main bedroom & two bunk beds off the kitchen. Custom reclaimed wood paneling with LED, Custom barn door in bedroom, Custom burlap blinds, Custom made dining table, custom everything! ✰As you step out of either house, you will find a fully decked pool area with multiple fire pits, fountains, grilling area, and a sunken seating area for entertaining under strung twinkle lights surrounding a spacious pool & spa. ✰Pool is HUGE with two Baja ledges and a tanning shelf. ✰Property sits on an 20k+ sq/ft flat lot on a beautiful tree-lined street ✰Garden has a walking path, spacious grass area, vegetable garden, fruit trees, and an additional fire pit sitting at the back of the lot. ✰Folding glass doors in both main houses provide complete indoor outdoor living experience.
