The Noise and Tavern room is an iconic nightclub space with built-in sound and lighting, perfect for shows, film shoots, and private events. Capacity: ~350 Sound + Lighting: included (backline available upon request) Bar: staffed, with a $4,000 - $4,500 minimum (50% deposit, refundable if met) Rates (Non Holidays & 21+ bookings): – Weekday (Thurs/Sun): $750/hr – Weekend (Fri/Sat): $750/hr – Matinee (before 7PM): $180/hr – After 2AM: $550/hr Add-ons: 18+ / All Ages / Filming available upon request.
