The exterior and interior of this home was used for the majority of filming for Miracles from Heaven" starring Jennifer Garner cottage and coastal feel all at the same time. Highly unique floor plan featuring a large open main living area/kitchen separate master bedroom with loft and porch separate attached guest cottage with log cabin theme two upstairs bedrooms a sunroom and 3.5 baths. Wood walls wood floors painted floors and vintage wallpaper as old as 100 years old throughout. Exterior lighting throughout the interior and vintage hardware throughout. White picket fenced in-ground pool in back and large fire pit with chairs in front. 7 acres with wood farm fencing for privacy along with a small barn with 5 pet pigs and 5 pet goats. This home sits at the end of a scenic picturesque dirt road surrounded by rolling land and trees along with a creek within walking distance. Lots of privacy and perfect for filming with large crews and equipment. During filming of "Miracles from Heaven"several hundred crew members cast members large equipment trucks and food service trucks easily fit onto the property. A helicopter scene with multiple firetrucks was also filmed in the front pasture of this home. No restrictions.
