A former bank in the 1920’s converted into creative / photography space. Located in Arlington Heights / Central Los Angeles. Can also be used as gallery & pop-up location. Amenities include: -16x16ft cyc wall -Wardrobe/Dressing room -Hair and Make-up room with 2 vanity stations, -Lounge area -Restroom -High speed internet -200amps (studio area: 3x 120v outlets w dedicated circuits & an additional 120v that is shared with fans. -Kitchenette -Nesresso coffee/espresso Machine -iPad connects to speakers/Spotify -Ground level/store front entry The following equipment is included in rental: 2x Apurture 150’s 1x Apurture 600 daylight with large lantern 5 Matthew’s c stands w arms 1 Matthews roller stand w overhead arm 1 Matthew’s mini roller w arm Apple box 2 50ft stingers Elinchrome 7ft octabank 6x6 black cloth 2 v-flats We have equipment rental partnerships with Milk EQ and Samys Rental. Let us know your needs, we’re happy to coordinate Equipment along with drop off and pick up.

Kevin and John are awesome! Very helpful, with assisting in the pre-set up, Kevin was very quick and clear with his responses when I needed help! Super friendly and welcoming! Saw my vision and allowed me to thrive in their environment. All of my friends loved the space, they won't stop talking about it and asking where I booked it! Very convenient to get to and a really good area. Would definitely book again and have already been recommending this spot!
