Nivessa Hollywood is a 3,500 sq. ft. record store and event space located on the iconic Hollywood Blvd. Known for its vibrant energy and unique aesthetic, it’s more than just a store - it’s a creative hub. The main floor features wide aisles lined with vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and collectibles, blending a retro atmosphere with a modern edge. The space is has with natural light at the storefront, colorful displays, and a stage area that’s perfect for live music, intimate performances, panels and special events. Downstairs, is Nivessa Underground, a raw and versatile basement venue that creatives love for its authentic, gritty feel - ideal for filming, photo shoots, and private shows - a punk band favorite. Together, the main store and underground space make Nivessa Hollywood one of the most adaptable venues in Los Angeles for musicians, filmmakers and event hosts. The $99 per hour rate is if the store remains open and operates as usual. If you want the store closed, it's $600/hour to cover staff and loss of sales.
