About the Space
Introduction: This uniquely designed space is perfect for video shoots, podcasts, photoshoots, documentary interviews, wardrobe stylings, e-commerce, yoga / fitness shoots, modeling castings + so much more. If you have any questions, please reach out. We respond to all inquiries quickly! About The Space: This is a beautifully designed 3-level loft with rooftop space that is used as a home + creative studio for a variety of uses. There is incredible natural lighting, concrete floors, exposed metal / wood architectural details, plenty of tall white walls and lots of interesting spaces to capture throughout. The unique space has multiple floors with distinct aesthetics. The rooftop has an outdoor lounge, tropical plants and dining area with 360-degree views of West LA to get the perfect golden hour sunset shots. Location: This space is just a few blocks (walking distance) away from the beach and conveniently located directly behind Abbot Kinney Blvd. Centrally located in West LA, just minutes from LAX, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey & Culver City. We had a last minute talent cancellation and Doug work quickly to rework his schedule to accommodate us! Great space and area. We filmed a docu-series and had amazing depth. 10/10 recommend
