About the Space
PRICING WILL DIFFER BEFORE 7AM AND AFTER 8PM AND ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAY. PLEASE CONTACT FOR ADDITIONAL COST. Newly build open concept space for any size photo or film production needs. The Studio is a large Cyclorama with a large production space that includes a kitchen, makeup/ two hair stations, two bathroom and conference/lunch space. There is a separate attached preproduction/green/lounge room with kitchen, changing room and bathroom. There is also a conference room that has a window that looks into the studio and has a separate entrance and restroom. Equipment rentals available with request Fridges can be filled with drinks as an add on PARKING- Booking comes with 8 parking spots during the week, 15 on the weekends and evenings in our gated lot. More parking in the gate can be arranged with notice for $15 per spot up to 8 spots if available. Full lot use can be arranged with notice for $500. No alcohol drinking or loitering in parking lot. After 8PM we require a security guard min 5 hours Food and Beverage packages available Ask about our other equipment and services FILM EQUIPMENT RENTALS ON SITE We are lucky to be in the same building as Antagonist Camera. We also have our own equipment to rent MUST HAVE INSURANCE
