A beautiful, open space, ideal for photoshoots, design work or events. Located in the heart of Bushwick, hub for New York City's creative community. 1300 sq. ft. space with two gigantic 17ft L x 15ft windows. Windows are SW facing, offering great natural lighting throughout the day. Fridge/kitchen area, slop sink and seamlesses available for use. Hand power tools such as drills, jig-saws, sanders, Jet Bandsaw, Bosch Table Saw, etc. are available for use. Freight elevator available for use, but must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability.
