Welcome to our new farm house style venue! The venue is located in Southampton, just 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia downtown. Features include: Over 1500 sq ft of rentable space! Including beautiful reception area/lobby, cozy meeting room, bathroom, the main venue space with mirrored walls, a water fountain and lots of natural sunlight! You can use a kitchen area for setting up the food for the party. Also there is an outside patio with the sitting area! We provide tables and beautiful rustic wedding style banquet chairs for up to 60 guests. 24/7 secure access + camera system! Central a/c/heat system. Convenient free parking for all guests as the venue located in a big plaza with plenty of parking spaces! We can also make decorations for your perfect celebration! The venue can be rented for baby showers, gender reveals, birthday/anniversary celebrations, bridal showers, weddings, wellness events, yoga, dance, corporate events, fitness classes/workshops, photo shoots, exhibitions, conferences, retreats, meetings & more! The venue is beautiful and spacious for up to 50 people. I would definitely host another party here. The recommended decorator did an amazing job matching the given color scheme for my daughter's Quinceanera and the DJ was great!
