With its 6,150 sq. ft. is ready to accommodate filming projects of all kinds, whether it's films, television shows, creative content or music videos. The brand new studio opened its doors on September 1, 2021 in the Rosemont district. What's inside: - THE STUDIO. With motorized lighting grids, the 6150 square foot studio is approximately 90 feet x 70 feet (see technical docs - asymmetrical shape) with a height under the grids of 20 feet. - CYCLO. 58 x 48 x 18H. Back to mandatory white, you can choose the color you want. - COSTUME-HAIR-MAKEUP (CCM). The CCM is at your disposal. It includes 3 make-up/hair stations, space for your costumes, a large dressing room, and direct access to a toilet. - ARTISTS' LODGES. Studio offers 5 artist dressing rooms. A common lodge and 4 individual lodges. - KITCHEN. A kitchen equipped with two fridges, a stove and a dishwasher. - PRODUCTION ROOM. A large space that can be used as a production room, dining room, etc., - OTHER FEATURES Large secure parking lot with padlocked gate and surveillance camera on all angles, alarm system connected to a 24/7, 12x14 H central station also allows equipment to be unloaded.
