The open, newly renovated gourmet kitchen connects to a large den and overlooks the pool/spa, patio, and guest house. Also on the first floor is a large, living room that opens to the den. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. The house has plenty of natural light and also features a 500-square-foot guest-house / pool-house, which overlooks the pool.
