This studio in the woods is a true retreat nestled among beautiful views. Close to Calhoun, Ellijay and Jasper and approximately 30 miles from I-75. Located in Talking Rock Creek Resort, featuring great amenities including several pools, tennis court, gym, fishing ponds, picnic areas, nature trails and Talking Rock Creek. Your home away from home is one large room with queen sized bed, full kitchen with stove and refrigerator (no dishwasher), full bathroom, washer/dryer, and living and dining spaces. A lovely deck looks out over the woods behind the home. There are two houses on the lot which are both available to guests and there is plenty of parking for both. Advertised rate is based on 15 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact. For higher impact productions, please message for additional information.
