About the Space
Our dance studio is quite spacious at 1,190 square feet with 12ft high ceilings. The floors are smooth concrete. The studio has a large garage door that can be opened as needed. Entire wall covered with 6 H x 8 L mirrors. Professional PA system with Bluetooth speakers on each end of the studio. AC and Heat system. Numerous color changing lights including strip lights, flood lights, standing studio lights, and mounted wall lights. There is also the option to use the standard overhead warehouse style lighting. Cozy and large front office/lounge area with restroom, water machine, seating, cubbies, and large conference table. Great space for dance classes, fitness workshops/bootcamps, choreography rehearsals, video shoots, birthday parties, photoshoots, etc. Perfect flex space to use for your next event!
