With an Old Hollywood glamour vibe and a rumored history as a prohibition-era speakeasy, the venue offers a sense of living history paired with classic elegance. For meetings of up to 40 guests, choose from several refined spaces, including an elegant ballroom, a sunlit atrium overlooking Lake Union, or an intimate, richly styled lounge. The venue is always privately booked, ensuring no shared use during your reservation and creating a truly exclusive setting. Past meeting uses include board and committee meetings, educational series, sales presentations, real estate closings, production home bases, and executive retreats. This is offered as a "zero-footprint" rental, with additional services such as food, beverages, cleaning, A/V, and staffing available as add-ons prior to booking. For media and photo productions, the venue provides private access without interruption. Multiple styled vignettes, varied lighting environments, and flexible daytime or evening availability make this location ideal for commercials, promotional photography, cast images, television productions, social media content, and engagement shoots. As with meetings, additional services such as catering, cleaning, A/V, and staffing may be added as customizable options. Full-service event capabilities are available with in-house catering, bar service, décor, floral design, and coordination support. The venue can function as a blank-slate space or as a fully supported event destination with vendor coordination, rentals, specialty foods, and immersive décor. Common large-scale events hosted here include employee appreciation events, holiday parties, fundraisers, galas, donor receptions, milestone celebrations, themed parties, awards dinners, weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, and celebrations of life. - Candles must be contained in a “hurricane” vessel per fire code
- Glitter, Confetti, or throwing rice is not allowed
- No more than 250 persons are allowed, including vendors and staff at any given time.
- Only free-standing decorations are permitted. Do not affix anything to the ceiling, walls, doors or windows unless you use poster tape or florist wire.
