Circa early 1900s farmhouse on 2.7 acres with 2 large oak trees shading the entire front yard. House sat abandoned for around 20 years, but has never been updated with modern amenities like a kitchen or bathroom. 2 bedrooms are accessible from within the house and a third is only accessible from the front porch. House has wrap-around porch on the front and left (East) side. Just behind the house is a non-functioning windmill over a well that has water about 110 feet down and next to an old cistern tank. While there is no electricity or water inside the house, there are water spigots in two locations on the property near the house and electrical access in 3 locations outside. Property also has a 16ft x 20ft storage shed, wedding altar, and rebuilt outhouse used only for aesthetics. The adjacent field is also available for filming, parking, staging, or just about anything else.
