About the Space
This photogenic four-room barn was built at least 80 years ago and is rough and charming. This overgrown, worn and weather-beaten building features a rusted tin roof, faded red paint, bug-eaten support beams and a dirt floor. It all adds up to an authentic atmosphere you can't easily recreate. It is leaning but secure based on 1980 repairs and bolstering. Perfect for housing a hermit hangout, isolated backwoods family or numerous creepy criminal activities. Bonus structures include two pump houses, two dog/goat houses and an aluminum shed that should be torn down. Getting there via a long, tree-lined gravel path (that leads to a beautiful 9 acre reservoir) sets the scene as you arrive. You literally have to see it. You won't be disappointed!
