A private movement studio in Denver’s Sobo neighborhood, built for one-on-one training rather than a crowded commercial gym. The floor is open, controlled, and quiet, with a clean training layout that reads well on camera for fitness, wellness, rehab, and lifestyle work. The space is within easy reach of downtown, RiNo, and the south Denver corridor. Street parking is available Load-in is straightforward at street level. Daytime and evening windows can be held when sessions are not on the floor. Sunday mornings are reserved for the in-house class. Inside, the studio is set up for biomechanics and strength work: open floor for movement, racks and free-weight stations, and enough clear space to stage a camera, a small crew, and a subject without fighting for room. The look is practical and modern, not a big-box gym. Neutral surfaces, training equipment in frame, and a layout that can be shot wide or tight. Equipment can stay in place for an active-gym look or be shifted to open the floor. Ask in advance if you need a specific setup. The room works for commercial and editorial fitness shoots, social and brand content, instructional and course video, product demos, interviews, and small workshops or private trainings. It is a working studio, so bookings are scheduled around client hours. We can clear the floor of people for your call time. Wifi and power are available for a small production. Bring your own lighting and grip. No smoking. No open flame. Pets only with prior approval. A security deposit is required for event and production bookings. Confirm headcount, load-in time, and any equipment moves when you request the date.
