About the Space
This space is a 3000 Sq ft brick and beam loft that has amazing sun pouring through the three sides of windows all day long. Sunset is something to behold in this space as it literally is unobstructed and makes the place glow. There is direct sun into the unit from 10 AM until sunset. 17 ft ceiling with 9 ft factory loft windows allow the space to be a great option both for those sunny days as well as the cloudy ones. The space includes a fully functional/ shootable kitchen with a 10 ft concrete island and brick back wall. We have outfitted the space with all of the grip equipment you could need and offer a lot of premiums that make the space extremely functional for larger and smaller productions. We have a board room area for your client with a 70 inch TV and a large boardroom table. The space is great for everything from Events to photo shoot to even wine tastings. Close to lots of the Pilsen areas that have become so popular over the years. Bathroom in the unit as well as an additional 4 that are available for us on the floor. Private changing area makes it easy for your talent to feel comfortable. The Loft has windows on three out of the four sides and truly is a daylight studio. Elevator access that comes from a private loading dock with three bays.

Where do I start? Kambua was the most generous host with her time, patience and resources. She was available from pre-production to post, always a text or call away to answer my numerous questions. She made sure me and my crew were comfortable and had everything we need for a successful production and even helped coordinate my rental pickups afterwards. Her loft has gorgeous natural lighting and was the perfect find for our 20+ crew video shoot. Will definitely be booking again if we find ourselves back in chi-town!

My event was approximately 100 people, I catered food and rental tables and such with a bartender and photographer...The space was beautiful, clean, spacious, the property manager and owner exceptional. I took away a star because it is a secured location and someone needed to stay at the door most of the time to let my guests in...hugely inconvenient. Also, I had to pay for access to decorate and setup for the party the day of the event, I don’t feel there should have been a charge for that. Next, I paid $260 cleaning fee, but they expect you to not only return to original condition, but also empty garbage, sweep floors, etc...Lastly, parking is an issue, there's a grocery store in the same area and it was very busy, and this was a Sunday event. I'd rent again for smaller event, night party or something not as significant as I had.

This place was beautiful and ver spacious. It was set up already for me to set up more . It was home giving and comfortable. I was able to decorate on how they have it set up in there . It was beautiful. Only thing I will say is make sure you have everything in order before the time comes specially if you doing everything yourself. To give you time to read the information they send you so u can know what to do and how to clean and get in. But overall I will suggest this place for those who are looking to book a nice event.
