About the Space

Welcome to our photo/video production studio! The 600 square foot (15'x40') shooting floor is part of the 1200 sq ft studio space. The other half is occupied by a design studio, restrooms and a small space where you can make your tea & coffee. We have high ceiling (15' to 20'ft) and wood floor. A large window is on one side of the shooting space and a sky window is on the other side right where the design studio starts. If you wish to take pictures under the sky window, please let us know 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival so we'll move furniture around and give you more space. The natural light that comes in is beautiful. Fiber wifi is available. 4 tables 47'x23' can be used. Wardrobe rack, steamer. Tea & Coffee. Right now, we are just opening the space for rent and we do not have specific equipments for photoshoot but we might have in the future as well as more furniture. Check back here again in a few months for new equipments and props. The studio manager will be in the space pretty much at all time. The space is usually very quite, but is not designed for video or sound productions. There is a private access to our studio from the outside. It's on the first floor and you will need to use our large outside stairs. Overtime: All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Please reach out to the manager directly to make sure there is no other renters right after you. We will be charging a 1.5x overtime fee to your booking for any overtime.
