Nestled in the Tennessee hills, this 24-acre cinematic location boasts a custom A-Frame log cabin with covered porches. The expansive landscape includes lush fields, long stretches, and 20 acres of hills and raw forest – a perfect backdrop for any film. The heart of the setting features a magnificent 4-horse barn, shed, and workshop, adding to the country life charm. Note: we do not own horses at this time. Barn is clean and ready if you need to bring your animals but we do not have our own. Breathtaking views make every frame picture-perfect, offering a resort-like visual and experience. An authentic 22x40 stable with a 10ft overhang, tack room, and four stalls caters to filmmakers seeking equestrian realism. Explore 19+ acres of hills and wooded trails at the rear, with a meandering creek along the front – an ideal setting for various scenes. This unique location blends warmth, functionality, and the natural beauty of Tennessee. Whether your project leans rustic, equestrian, or tranquil, this cinematic gem promises an immersive experience against the beautiful backdrop of Tennessee's hills and forests. Note: this is my primary home ~ you'll have access to the kitchen and restrooms but please understand these are areas you'll share with myself and two children.
