Weekday meeting space on the second floor of a brick home that now houses a medical office. **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The downstairs medical office stays in use. Meetings are upstairs only. The building looks like a house, not a tower. Red brick, a cream bay window, a red front door marked 2118, and a curved walk through hedges and mature trees. Inside, the upstairs is set up for small professional meetings. **Conference room.** A long dark-wood table with rolling chairs, daylight from the windows, a wall-mounted screen, and a red accent wall with crane art. It seats about 8 to 10. Quiet enough for an orientation, interview panel, case review, or client meeting. **Adjacent lounge.** Next to the conference room. A velvet sofa, two lounge chairs, a glass coffee table, and mustard drapes. Use it for a breakout, a one-on-one, or a softer meeting when the boardroom table is too formal. Light wood floors, French doors, and framed certificates give it the feel of a private office rather than a hotel conference center. Street parking in the neighborhood. No weekends. No evenings. The downstairs clinic is open during these same hours, so guests should come upstairs for the meeting rooms.
