About the Space

Price includes the use of any of our camera, grip, electric inventory. If you wish to not use any of our equipment the hourly rate is $75/hr with a minimum of 6 hours. We will bill for every 15 minutes started after the initial time has expired. All house lights are set to 5000 kelvin, which is great if you wish to keep some of the top lighting on during your production. We also have a 40amp circuit and plenty of 20amp circuits. IMPORTANT REGARDING EQUIPMENT: Equipment is subject to availability. Let us know what equipment from our inventory you want available prior, so we can have it ready for you. We can subrent equipment that we do not own. We will bill a-la-carte per each subrented item. We will not subrent any equipment unless approved. Equipment cannot leave the Studio and it cannot be used outside in the parking lot. If equipment is damaged/stolen, it will be the renter's responsibility to fully recover it. We require qualified technicians in each department to use our equipment. You can bring your own (we will likely need to vet them) or we can supply. We require a rental agreement (sent separately) as well as an Equipment and General Liability waiver. Expendable items (backdrops, tape, cube taps, cinefoil, etc.) are billed a-la-carte. We require you to come and scout the location prior to booking. Welcome to our production space for up to a 12-piece crew, suitable for both video and photo shoots. We have various backdrops available (billed a-la-carte) as well as a couple of areas ready for shooting.
