About the Space

This is a beautiful finished modern basement that has a big room with Wall TV, Storage, Bookcase and another room which is build to be a an Amphitheater but that is a not currently working and we use it as a work room with two computer desks, there is a small open concept kitchen which has small fridge, freezer, dish washer and sync. the roof has internal speakers, there are lights all over the place and really bright, there are modern storages with lights , lights can be controlled all by one button or one by one. there is a small bathroom and shower. there is a huge storage in the hall as well. It is a really good place for having small parties like (10-20) people , photo shoots, events, meetings, .., To be enter to the basement floor you need to pass from the main door to the home, there is no exterior or interior door just for the basement!
