Located in Sun Valley, CA area, this multi-look property has a detached garage for holding, HMU, wardrobe, video village OR different looks, complete with a guest house above the detached garage. The four bedroom house is classic Americana, anywhere USA, and can be shot to look like anything! Large property has room for VIP vehicles or a couple 3-ton box trucks, crafty, etc..., can get permit to post parking on the street. This is a film friendly property that is close to churches where you can rent crew parking.
