About the Space
Our aesthetic is simple and industrial with white brick, exposed wooden beams and steel. We have excellent natural light. We are a ground level studio with several private parking spaces in the back and large double doors for easy load-in/out.

Fantastic space. We filmed an interview with high profile talent and we could not be happier with the location. Dana was delightful to work with. She made everything so easy for us and was super accommodating with any needs we had. Location was quiet and great for sound, as it's at the back of the building, not close to the street. I will definitely be back to film. Thanks Dana!

Dana and team were so incredibly accommodating. We were able to book last minute, and they were willing to work with our schedule despite the tight turnaround. We will absolutely book with this space in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This space was the perfect solution to what we needed. We had a very small wardrobe fitting with no space to do it in. In the past, we've used hotel meeting spaces as an option, but they just don't understand the needs and consistent fluctuations. As soon as I message with Dana, I knew we were in good hands. She was very accommodating and let us do our thing once we got in. The parking spaces located out back, and the central location was ideal for a wardrobe fitting, or other multi-purpose needs like a Pre Production Meeting or Still Shoot. We'll definitely be back!
