This beautiful, modern event space is perfect for your workshop, pop-up shop, wellness class, open-mic vibes, photography session, life celebration, and other projects. The ground floor room has plenty of natural light, large windows and connects to our private, furnished backyard, covered for rain and shine! Even the bathroom has a baby changing table for the little ones. Our venue in the heart of Bed-Stuy will become your favorite canvas for the memories you will create. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • No kitchen available • No cooking is allowed on site • Speakers, Microphones • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, no smoking indoors, in front of venue ok. • Ideal space for: Dinner Events, Wellness / Fitness Events (Yoga, Dance, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.) We want to make this rental as convenient and easy for you. Feel free to place refreshments, decor, gifts, or materials on the white, marble countertops. The rental also includes 14 stools and Bluetooth speakers for you to get a head start on your event planning. **IMPORTANT** Please include SET-UP and CLEAN-UP time in your booking. If you would like to use the space from, for example, 12 pm to 4 pm, please book from 11 am to 5 pm. We grant a 15-minute grace period after the booking. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly.
