As a space for production services, there is one large storefront with wrap-around window displays on either side of the space and a corner view of the street. There is a mezzanine space upstairs that can be used as a space for storage. The neighborhood also features popular restaurants like DTLA Ramen and Dune (next door) as well as the ACE Hotel (across the street).

I rented this wonderful space for my photo shoot production as a unit base for my entire team. We were about 14 people working on hair, makeup, wardrobe, and camera preparation. The entire team had a great time while working in this space. It is well-organized and easily accommodates my team, offering a spacious area with high ceilings and a clean, work-friendly environment. Access to the space is convenient, and it receives beautiful natural light. The host, Yvonne, along with her team members, Emma and Katherine, were incredibly kind and very responsive. They guided us through every step of the process, showing us how to enter and access everything in the space. I would absolutely recommend this location for any events or productions.
