Approximately ) A 2500 sq ft. space perfect for your creativity. Can use the space however you need. We have couch props that can be used and a checkered flooring. (pictures coming soon) Please NOTE that on the other side of the pictures is props and couches so if you wanted a 360 kind of shot you would need to get a curtain that’s about 10ft long and 8 ft wide. ATTENTION (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING) - This place has an elevator that goes up to third floor. No chilling on bottom floor at all. Please go chill upstairs. DON’T COME IN UNTIL YOUR TIME: 2. Please allow yourself some time for parking and trying to find our building/door. Stay in your car until it is time to come in. (Some people have been walking in during people’s booking so please wait till your booking starts(: If you are here early still please wait in your car. OVERTIME CHARGES : 3. YOUR BOOKING is your set up & CLEAN UP time. I have to get more strict on these overtime policies. Please be out by the time your booking is done. That means OUT THE DOOR. If you are still physically inside the building it’s still considered an overtime fee. So to avoid these fees be sure to BE OUT of the door by the time your booking is over. Rescheduling: There is a rescheduling fee if you have any changes day of. You can only reschedule within a 72 hour time frame from your booking starting time. So please plan accordingly. The fee for rescheduling is $100. If you booked 4 hour or more then it’s $170 because you took almost a good chunk of time that someone else could of got plus blocked out business hours from any other bookings from Happening . Rules : -NO ALCOHOL ( not even used as a prop ) - NO FOG MACHINES (only in the downstairs portion if added on) - NO DRINKS/FOOD ON THE SETS -ANY DAMAGEs is a fee - NO PETS -NO GLITTER

Loved shooting there! This was our second time booking. The only reason why they got 1 star off was because their elevator is not always reliable.
