Lights are included in your booking.
Someone will also be in the space with you guys and sometimes not to go run errands but we are a phone call away. We have our own office so we won't be in the way.
Rescheduling fee:
Unfortunately if you choose to reschedule within the 24 hour mark (whatever the reason is) then it’s a $100 fee due to you potentially taking a booking that someone else could of got. If your booking is more than 4 hours and above then it’s a $200 charge due to you blocking a big chunk of time someone could of got.

1) Do all the sets come with the space?
- Yes. All sets are included in your booking.
2) Does lighting come with the space?
-Yes. All sets come pre-lit already. 5 GVM lights that do colors and effects, along with 2 soft box lights. How the way the cover photo is is how the lights look in the set. For the lollipop room I do have to turn on house lights to make it brighter and you could move the lights around to make sets brighter.
3)Can I come view the space before booking?
- For walkthrough tours I can not promise times due to last minute bookings, people adding more time or changes with myself last minute. If you want to see space I can send a video to your number just send it over through message or if you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO SEE SPACE then you would have to message me day of to see what's a good time to come in (be open if someone books more time). Walk throughs are also 5 minutes. Nothing MORE. If you end up not showing up it ruins chances for people in the future who want to come see space in person. There's been a couple no shows, arriving late to the point where tours may not happen anymore. So please only message if serious about viewing it in person. If not I could send video and sizes are in descriptions (: Also seeing the space is not possible if there are no bookings that day.
4) Could I book an hour?
- I only allow hour bookings if it's before a booking, after a booking or in between a booking. If no one is booked sorry but you would need to book two hours.
5) Can I move the furniture is the yellow room?
-Yes. But carry with two hands and don't drag because it can ruin the floor.
