ATTENTION (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
- This place has no elevator. It has about an estimate of 20 steps and you have to walk all the way down to go upstairs. It’s not wheelchair accessible.
Downstairs is not to be filmed unless added on but you can sit on couches unless someone booked downstairs. Again you are upstairs.
DON’T COME IN UNTIL YOUR TIME:
2. Please allow yourself some time for parking and trying to find our building/door. Stay in your car until it is time to come in. (Some people have been walking in during people’s booking so please wait till your booking starts(: If you are here early still please wait in your car.
OVERTIME CHARGES :
3. YOUR BOOKING is your set up & CLEAN UP time. I have to get more strict on these overtime policies. Please be out by the time your booking is done. That means OUT THE DOOR. If you are still physically inside the building it’s still considered an overtime fee. So to avoid these fees be sure to BE OUT of the door by the time your booking is over.
Rescheduling:
There is a rescheduling fee if you have any changes day of. You can only reschedule within a 72 hour time frame from your booking starting time. So please plan accordingly. The fee for rescheduling is $100. If you booked 4 hour or more then it’s $170 because you took almost a good chunk of time that someone else could of got plus blocked out business hours from any other bookings from
