Idyllic oasis in the Hollywood Hills. Almost an acre of land. Large cabin/lodge built by hand by the original architect in 1952, we have added on to it over the years. Very large hillside yard with a beautiful pool, ponds and grounds. Rustic. Lots of mature trees: Redwoods, Pines, Olive, Ash, Chinese Elm, Jacarandas, etc. Large, corner lot. Street parking. The owners of this location are beyond kind-hearted and really willing to work with your needs. As the property manager, Adam was very communicative and understanding of our production's specific requests.

Amazing location. After some initial confusion on pricing we were able to make this shoot happen, and the crew was really happy with the space. It was a beautiful, quiet, interesting location for our documentary interviews, and would highly recommend.
