The house is sited like an aerie overlooking the Santa Ana, San Gabriel, and San Jacinto ranges, just three blocks below the head of the Claremont Wilderness Park trail. On clear days Palm Springs is visible. Crazy beautiful sunsets; remarkable night sky views; magical dawns.The light and panorama at just about any time of day are bewitching. Gas fireplace and wet bar enhance the viewing experience. The valley view side of the house has no solid walls, only sliding glass doors that give onto patios and a walkway that encircles the property. A private, graveled area to one side of the house is accessible only from the music room and two of the bedrooms. Ontario and Cable airports are within spitting distance. Landscape is chaparral. House is single-story and sits at the top of a quiet street. Driveway is cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking available. Hose hook-ups on exterior, atrium, and perimeter of property. One bathroom with shower is reserved for pool use, meaning that access is possible from the outside atrium where the pool and spa are without having to enter the house. Electric car charger in the garage is available for emergency guest use. Two outdoor areas are dedicated to dining. We have fast WiFi with a strong signal, despite mountain location.
