Listed as a Short Term Rental in a popular tourist destination, this home is often rented as a wedding and corporate event venue. This property has 5 star reviews on both AirBnB as well as VRBO and has been featured in local as well as nation wide media. This modern design home features bold lines, huge picture windows and a two level mountain top terrace that makes you feel like you're on top of the world. With plenty of vertical ceiling height, it's perfect for film crews and events. Plus the 3 master bedrooms downstairs offer ample areas for talent to change and get ready. The North Master suite is one designated as the bridal suite with a makeup chair, full length mirror and plenty of room for wardrobe. The living spaces, kitchen and game room are all huge, with ample sitting areas perfect for setting up different scenes. The kitchen itself is a gourmet chef's kitchen and is perfect for cooking/ baking shows. It features a 48" Thor Kitchen gas range and a huge center island, with a slider window that faces NORTH, for amazing long range views you can show in the background. The home has a large exterior porch, hot tub, outdoor grilling area and plenty of room for exterior setups. There's a 30amp RV plug in the front, or it can be used to power high wattage lighting setups. All shoots, meetings and events will incur a cleaning fee based on the use of the space. Typically this is $250 but could be less if the bedrooms/ linens are not used. Excessive debris, confetti, and or other excessively messy materials are strictly prohibited and will incur an equally excessive cleaning fee. The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal exterior noise, and very little light pollution at night. We even have astrophotography buffs rent our location for shooting deep space astro shots. We ask that events and productions also do their part to keep the noise level and light pollution down, particularly during quiet hours from 9:00pm- 8:00am. It's a diamond of a location that any DP or event planner needs to keep in their wheelhouse anytime they need mountain top vistas and a luxury home!
