About the Space

This property is a large mountain-style luxury home in the center of the city with loads of features and drenched in sunlight! The house style is rustic but modern with an open floor-plan and wood accents throughout. The first floor includes a home office/library lined with old Hebrew texts, a living/dining space, a powder room, guest suite, kitchen, and sunroom. A large chef's kitchen opens to a large eating space and a sunroom - a sun-drenched play area/den. The second floor includes the master suite with a gas fireplace, walk in closet, spa tub and walk in shower, and private balcony. Also on the second floor are four more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 jack and jill, 1 hall) with double sinks, and a laundry room. The third floor is a sloped ceiling attic with a pool table and space ideal for kids/teens to lounge. The back patio features couch seating around a firepit and a dining table and chairs overlooking a large landscaped yard. The front yard is landscaped with trees and shrubs, hiding a rocking bench beside the waterfall/pond feature.
