With over 3,500 sq. ft., our tri-level home has high ceilings that create an enjoyable living space full of natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 vehicles. As you walk into the open floor living room, you will see a large stone wall fireplace, a lounge couch that comfortably seats up to 6-7 people, and are greeted with a one of a kind view of Lake Gregory. Enjoy the lake view from one of three decks. The top deck is equipped with a beautiful built-in kitchen and gas grill BBQ, and a lovely gazebo making this home perfect for barbecues and outdoor entertainment. A chef’s kitchen with a coffee bar which includes an espresso machine, hot steamer, and top of the line Thermador appliances for a prestigious culinary experience. A tiki bar (alcohol not provided) located on the second floor stacked with amenities for everyone’s enjoyment. Features a 11’ wet bar, pool table, TV, dart board, and a basketball hoop. Kick back and have a ‘relaxing sway’ on our outdoor swings overlooking the lake. Into working out or boxing? A 150lb heavy bag is available on the lower deck. Keep up with your workout routine with a reflex bag, yoga mats, and dumbbells while on vacation. Our home theater has a full range surround system delivering cinema quality sound featuring a 108 in. screen, with leather power recliners for 8 people. Equipped with a full size popcorn maker to make your movie experience a little more special! Apple TV, Roku and all major streaming services available including high speed Wi-Fi. Two paddle boards, two kayaks, E-Z up canopy tent, and six outdoor portable folding chairs available for use on the lake. Stressful week?
