About the Space

A newly renovated 11 years ago low rise condominium available for shoot rental. There is no security guard so hence no restrictions for film timing. We have a lovely patio pool facing and an open concept kitchen and bathroom style for more natural lights to enter. We hope you like our space just as much as we homebodies do! We are also plant lovers so please feel free to use them as props but do return them to the original location after use! Some house rules: Strictly no smoking allowed. No footwear in the house, unless specifically required or requested. Please place floor protection where equipment is placed to prevent damages to our new flooring. Please reinstate all items back to original position and discard all trash upon checking out at B1.
