Experience the ultimate desert retreat. A Joshua Tree Desert Oasis, featuring two luxurious homes. Amidst the stunning Mojave landscape is the large house, boasting an expansive 3,000+ square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the casita (1100 SF), offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This property sleeps 17 guests comfortably and provides a wealth of amenities for relaxation to ensure an unforgettable getaway. AMENITIES: In-Ground Pool Pickleball Court Full-Court Basketball Court Cold Plunge Sauna Hot Tub Outdoor Movie Theater Custom Fire Pit and Fireplace Outdoor Ping Pong Table Hanging Hammocks Pergola with Hanging Chairs Indoor Shuffleboard and Pool Dedicated Workspace POOL AREA: There is an additional bathroom with a shower in the pool area for your convenience IMPORTANT NOTE: Camera: We do have outdoor cameras for the security and safety of our guests and the property. PETS POLICY: Additional fee of $150/ pet per stay (max 2 pets allowed). Cats and other animals are not allowed at this time.You are required to disclose before booking. However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool or hot tub. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the filters to clog. Please be aware of desert plants and animals. Keep your pets away from them as we want them to be safe. We strongly suggest you use a leash and accompany your pets while enjoying the space because of the cactus and wildlife. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets. POOL POLICY Pool is available from 7am - 10pm. Pool heating for $350 for first day and 250/day after. Let us know 48 hours in advance to allow time for the pool to be heated. Please note, during the winter season, pool heating takes longer to reach optimal temperatures. In Joshua Tree's cooler weather, the pool may not exceed 70°F. VISITORS: Please inform us in advance if you plan on having visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host. BROKEN ITEMS: We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down (even if it's your fault), please let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests. You will be held liable for any damages. KITCHEN RULES: Please only use soap and water to clean our custom concrete big kitchen island. No red wine on the concrete island as it will stain. In the past, someone spilled coffee. This is very expensive to redo. FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS: If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. BASKETBALL COURT RULES: Please do not dunk or hang on the rims of the basketball court. We wish they were as durable as the official NBA hoops, but they're not quite. PLUMBING: Like ours, most houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $1000 repair fee will be charged. NO SMOKING: Smoking (including E-Cig) is NOT allowed in the property or within 15 feet of the exterior door. Please dispose of cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash cans. Violation is $500 Fully fenced but this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife.
