Built in the Palladium style of architecture in the year 1980, this hillside hideaway is perfect as a truly unique video and film location. The main rooms has soaring 30' high ceilings, rigging with stage lights, balconies, a giant disco ball, and is flooded with phenomenal natural light all throughout the day. The lush grounds span nearly one acre and offer city, ocean and mountain views.
