The uses for this peaceful, exquisite space are endless. Carved walls, a vivid color palette, and ethereal details evoke a prayer house vibe and sacred atmosphere. The yurt is located on our breathtaking property in beautiful Topanga Canyon. Spanning over 70 acres, there are stunning landscapes from every angle: a seasonal waterfall that suspends from the property's peak, winding trails through native, California foliage, and numerous scenic locations showcasing the natural beauty of the property. The central location of the yurt immerses you in all that our property has to offer. The yurt and surrounding estate lends itself to numerous uses: Photography Filming TV Shows Meditation Class Sound Bath Yoga Health Retreats Modeling Meetings Outdoor Events Meet-ups Work Gatherings Art Classes Music Videos Healing Retreats Fees: Our fees are on a sliding scale and take into consideration the size of the brand, scope of the shoot/event, and the number of people involved. Our fee starts at $150 per hour to rent the yurt. There is an additional $50 per hour for the property manager. If you are interested, please contact us and tell us more about the booking. The fee is determined based on specifics for use of the yurt, areas of the property needed, and the number of cars and people on the property.
