Approximately 1700 square feet of living space. Full dining room and spacious family room with an upright piano. Two fireplaces. Gorgeous grass covered back yard with covered patio and deck with ping pong table and fruit trees. Home offers the finest in both mid-century modern style, and a comfortable family feel. You'll recognize that this beautiful property (inside and out) provides the perfect location for your shoot. Home is ideal for staging a middle class family setting. Quiet residential neighborhood. Street parking available. RULES: $150 cleaning fee required. Any time over the negotiated hours will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate. We will need a written description of the project including the name of the production company, title of production and point of contact. Length of production should be summarized as well as timing (day/night) and any set dressing/prep days outlined. Please also provide an estimated number of people and vehicles in attendance. Proof of insurance is required. No smoking inside the house. No fireworks, sparklers, or roman candles. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used to attach or affix anything to the building or surrounding structures or landscaping. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and placed in the outdoor dumpster or taken with you. Must use generator, or battery pack when using high energy consuming equipment. Floors must be protected layout board or mats. Renter to pay for any broken or damaged property and/or items. Home must be left in the same condition found upon start of rental. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged if floors, walls, or any part of the house are left excessively dirty. This fee will also apply if there has been smoking inside the house. No alcohol without permission. No illegal drugs. No animals inside the home.
