Highlights include multiple creative spaces (music studio, podcast studio, photo studio / writers cabin), DJ Equipment (Technics 1200, CDJs), Piano, Ludwig Drum Set, Workout Equipment (2 sets of Bowflex variable dumbbells, Peloton bike) and Smart Home technology throughout. In the backyard enjoy a calming terrace with fruit trees, views of downtown, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. On the roof, find an entertainer's dream deck with an amazing panoramic view (from downtown to Griffith park and beyond), a BBQ, wet bar, picnic table, outdoor furniture and a fire pit.
