This tastefully decorated 3 story modern home is centrally located in the hills of Silver Lake, and boasts stunning panoramic views. Highlights include multiple creative spaces (music studio, podcast studio, photo studio / writers cabin), DJ Equipment (Technics 1200, CDJs), Piano, Ludwig Drum Set, Workout Equipment (2 sets of Bowflex variable dumbbells, Peloton bike) and Smart Home technology throughout. In the backyard enjoy a calming terrace with fruit trees, views of downtown, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. On the roof, find an entertainer's dream deck with an amazing panoramic view (from downtown to Griffith park and beyond), a BBQ, wet bar, picnic table, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. I'm new to Giggster so offering the space at a discounted rate for my first few rentals. :) Please note: the rental does not include the garage or the master bedroom but the master can be rented as an add on if desired.

This is a very awesome place, the city view looks amazing! Of course, you can see the Hollywood sign logo as well. The owners are super friendly and will respond to your message very fast! We love the design of this house, and will come back to film other projects for sure!
