About the Space
A unique, mid-century modern, zen, Earth-focused home built into Laurel Canyon. The house looks into the lush greenery of the canyon--providing relaxing views all day. You feel like you're in a treehouse far from Los Angeles. The succulent garden in the backyard is a work of art and a real standout. It's grounded by a beautiful meditating buddha statue and shaded by old Oak trees. The front of the house features stunning landscaping including a Dragon Tree, Jade, Yucca Rostratas, and unique cactus. The house is lush with plants and has palpably good energy. It's filled with natural light. A real, unique gem.

Wonderful location with multi-layered levels for lots of great filming options. Garden is peaceful as is the house. One note, that wasn't the fault of location, when construction/tree-care is happening in the canyon, it can be quite challenging to find quiet moments for sound recording.
