This is a modern, contemporary Venice oasis - a 1950's bungalow expanded and renovated by Venice's own renowned Electric Bowery. Clean lines, natural finishes, premium steel appliances, designer furniture and abundant natural light fill the space -- while a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor dining area, landscaping and skate ramp offer plenty of options for outdoor filming. In addition to the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for your access, there is also a home office that can be used as a separate hair/makeup/wardrobe area if needed. House has meshed wifi throughout for easy connectability. Timing is flexible. Please contact for pricing if crew/cast is larger than 10ppl or for multi-day shoots. A site rep will be present.
