Welcome to our open-concept café and bar! Our space combines stylish modernity with a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the abundant natural light that bathes the interior through our south-facing windows. With 800 square feet of indoor space and outdoor seating, we offer the utmost flexibility for meetings, private events, or photoshoots. Space Highlights: Espresso Bar & Cafe - Our café bar offers a delightful array of food options and boasts a top-of-the-line espresso machine, ensuring exceptional premium coffee and tea drinks all day long. Bottle Shop - Explore a rich selection of Ontario craft beer, cider, wine, and spirits, perfect for savoring during your breaks or taking home. Natural Light - Floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows infuse the space with an abundance of natural light. Outdoor Seating Area - Our charming outdoor picnic table area to the south provides a refreshing extension of our indoor space. Amenities: Power - Strategically positioned power outlets are available throughout the space, with access to one outdoor power outlet on the patio. Sound System - Immerse yourself in our high-quality built-in sound system indoors. Connect effortlessly via Bluetooth using our provided tablet or your own device. We kindly ask that excessive noise is minimized to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and building tenants. Patio use must conclude by 11 pm in accordance with noise bylaws. Additional Amenities - Enjoy Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a gender-neutral bathroom, and glassware and dishware for your convenience. An ice machine is also at your disposal. Accessibility: Our ground-level space is fully accessible, providing ample room for mobility devices. Important Information: Overtime - Should your event extend beyond the agreed-upon rental period without prior authorization or payment, an additional usage fee will be applied at a rate of one-and-a-half times the hourly rate. Cleaning/Damages - Please ensure the space is vacated, and all items brought in are removed by the end of your booking. We kindly request that you leave the venue as clean as you found it and account for at least 30 minutes for setup and teardown. Furniture - Our patio furniture includes 3 picnic tables. Additional seating options can be arranged for an extra fee; please notify us in advance if you require additional furniture. Miscellaneous - Smoking is not permitted in the outdoor seating area or within the building. To preserve the space's charm, kindly refrain from using glitter, confetti, or open flames. Alcohol - We are a fully licensed establishment with the AGCO, and our friendly staff will be at the bar throughout your event to serve drinks if needed. Please note that no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Catering - Explore our delightful food menu, and one of our staff members will be available to take orders.
