This Studio City condominium is a great space for any small photo shoot or video production, web series shoot, or commercial filming. The living room is eclectically decorated, equipped with clean, modern furniture, and includes an 80" flat-screen TV. You'll also have access to a small outdoor patio and plenty of natural light for your shoots. -UPDATED- Recently Updated and remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances, and updated artwork along with a custom wall mural! The full dining room seats 6, and an adjacent kitchen wraps around to a mini-bar. The Master bedroom features a leather tufted queen-size bed decked with sheets, pillows, and a comforter, a walk-in closet with hangers, and a wardrobe. The Master bedroom is color-coordinated for a unique modern look. The spare bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with vibrant white sheets. The kitchen is fully stocked (utensils, pots and pans, blender, dishes, and glassware), and full-sized dishwasher. -- The rate is flexible depending on your production size.     This was an excellent place to shoot. If you need an apartment setting this is a very good looking spot.
