Our podcast room rental offers a high-quality, user-friendly recording space, ideal for dental professionals, educators, or anyone needing a polished audio production setup. This fully equipped studio combines convenience and top-tier audio technology to ensure an effortless experience and impressive sound quality. Included in the Podcast Room: Noise-Dampening Walls The studio’s soundproofed walls keep external noise out and ensure crisp audio for all recordings, ideal for capturing uninterrupted dialogue. Custom Four-Person Media Console Designed for up to four speakers, the studio’s media console provides a comfortable setup, allowing participants to focus on the discussion without distractions. Professional Shotgun Microphones The studio is equipped with four professional-quality shotgun microphones, which capture rich, clear sound while minimizing background noise. These mics are ideal for clear, consistent audio quality. Advanced Audio Mixer The audio mixer provides full control over sound levels, ensuring a balanced recording and professional-grade sound. This mixer can handle multiple inputs, making it easy to manage both solo and multi-guest recordings. Blackout Curtains The blackout curtains not only improve the acoustics by reducing unwanted echoes, but also block out any light distractions, helping maintain a focused recording atmosphere. Fast—really fast internet connection Blazing-fast internet is available throughout the building (we have two Wi-Fi 7 — long-range wireless access points: one in our classroom; the other in our boardroom). Immediate File Delivery Recorded audio files are delivered immediately after the session in .WAV format, allowing for quick access to high-quality, uncompressed audio. Hands-Off Experience The room is managed to offer a 100% hands-off experience, letting guests simply arrive, record, and depart without needing to adjust equipment or manage tech settings. Studio Lighting Soft ceiling-mounted lights with adjustable dimmers and color temperature controls provide flattering, consistent lighting, helping enhance any visual components of the setup if required. PARKING NOTE: Our parking lot has about 35 lined spaces and is located right next to our building. A handful of high-end security cameras monitor it. We’re proud to offer OUR OWN PRIVATE PARKING LOT exclusively for you. Many spaces on Giggster advertise parking, but it’s almost always public—meaning you might or might not find a spot. In Old Town Scottsdale, parking can be extremely tough to find (especially during peak hours), and the last thing you want is your team or guests scrambling to track down a space. With us, you’ll never have to worry—parking is always convenient and stress-free.
