Outdoor living room set with couch, 2 chairs and a coffee table - all in California outdoor room and fire place near by. Sunken fire pit area is adjacent to water feature and can accommodate several people seated on benches. Plenty of heaters available to warm you up if it gets chilly. Outdoor speaker help project music throughout the outdoor area. Dining table available in covered patio area for extra seating. Front yard area more of a modern porch style with 2 nest chairs, a fountain for peaceful serenity and an outdoor living room space that includes 2 sofas, a chair and coffee tables. Water fountain feature is present for added serenity. HOUSE RULES: No glass allowed - only plastic/cans please. No trash in the pool. If trash or glass found in pool, will charge. Pool heater ON request: 200.00 Lighting and features ON request: 150.00 No smoking allowed (cleanliness and to prevent wildfire risk in the canyon). No drugs of any kind allowed.
