Step into a modern oasis, warm with limestone, and light tonal creams. The black accents frame an endless canyon view with no other property in sight. A babbling waterfall, two exterior fire pits, state of the art pool with custom lights accessible through a phone app, and 10 ft accordion doors allows this space to remain modern but warmly functional. The semi-circle private driveway leads the visitor onto the steps of a custom carved and designed African door, and straight into an open space of floating canyon views. A wide breezeway leads the visitor into a private office with a built in 10 foot bookshelf, a guest room with a Murphy bed, a modern wall tiled pool bath. Stepping into the formal space, the visitor will find a wide and modern fireplace enhanced by a 10 foot chevron marble wall. On the right is a modern bronze kitchen with wolf and subzero appliances. A designated dining room with under cabinets lights faces an olive tree. A walk-in pantry, a walk-in wine cellar complete the formal dining experience. The breakfast nook is built-in with natural walnut seating and white quartz tabletop. Upstairs, four bedrooms each offer individual en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom offers two walk-in closets, a master bath with a 10 foot black Italian marble wall, and a steam shower with custom light therapy.
