About the Space

This space is everything. Concrete floors throughout and high ceilings make for a beautiful canvas for light to pour into. Floor to ceiling windows on the west side of the home allow the sunset dazzle guests. The home has an open concept with one great room, and a master suite on each side. The great room has a fabulous dining table for 6 people surrounded by a gourmet kitchen. Any chef would be happy with the spectacular setup and tools including a 6 burner Wolf range. They would find everything needed for an amazing meal from a garlic press to a casserole dish and a blender. The living room is equipped with cozy modern furniture with a touch of southwest flare as one can expect in the desert. There is a martini cart and a Smart TV for any media needs. The home is also equipped with JBL Bluetooth speakers. Each of the two spacious bedrooms has a small desk and a comfy chair as well as a queen sized bed. The artwork throughout the home is very representative of the high desert. Then after sunset, the remote location far away from city lights makes the stars shine brighter than one can imagine. The outdoor space includes lots of fun things like a Bocce Ball court, hammocks, a cowboy tub, and a Spa. There is a wrap around bar with a big BBQ and string lights overhead. Guests can enjoy meals and conversation outside around the 6 person dining table. If one is looking to lounge in the shade, there is plenty of shaded patio space and colorful cozy furniture to rest on.
