The clean design, open layout, and natural light make it a perfect backdrop for a wide range of creative projects. 🔥 A fire pit is available year-round at no extra charge, adding warmth and ambiance to any setup. 💦 The heated pool is available as an add-on from May 1 to November 1. During the off-season, the pool is covered and fenced for safety, but the fence can be removed for shoots with an additional fee. 🚗 Parking is available for up to 10 cars in the driveway. There may be room for 4 more vehicles in an adjacent unpaved area, but to keep things simple, we recommend planning for 10. This thoughtfully maintained space offers comfort, flexibility, and visual appeal making it a great choice for your next production or creative project.
