Modern pool with hot tub jacuzzi and baja step. Pool toys available. LOCATION SCOUTS: We ONLY work with professional location scouts looking to book this property for major TV/film/commercial shoots (ie, major studios) for at least a week. This property is spacious and PERFECT for it. ***Must have production INSURANCE for your booking*** As a renter, you are required to obtain a certificate of insurance for your booking, with $4 million each occurrence in general liability and property damage. *MUST add my name/home as endorsement on company policy as additional insured (ie, this comes directly from your insurance). *SIGN waiver of subrogation - this is added onto worker compensation policy by your insurance company Once you have obtained your policy, you should notify the host and provide them with a certificate displaying their name and the listing's address.
